Returns

If you are not completely happy with your product choice or if it arrives damaged in anyway, please contact me immediately at jd@janetdickson.co.uk to discuss your concerns.

 

I am happy to accept returns within 28 days if the item is returned in its original packaging and in its original condition, and if so will make a full refund to you.

I will replace any item that arrives damaged.

Workshops - if you need to cancel your booking for a printmaking workshop I am happy to refund payment if you do so up to 14 days before the date it is due to run. Should it be less than 14 days notice a refund can only be made if your space can be filled prior to the start date.
